Colton King of Illinois, the winner in Division 1, was awarded as the Ultimate Dominator, as the top point scorer in the 2009-2010 USA Wrestling ASICS Ultimate Challenge Series. King scored a total of 12,000 points, accumulating them by attending many of the USA Wrestling-sanctioned events which are part of this 12-competition series of top youth wrestling tournaments. During the season, King won gold medals at the Winter Classic, the Dixie Nationals, the Liberty Nationals, the Indy Nationals and Dominate at the Dells. At the USA Wrestling ASICS Folkstyle Nationals, King was the champion at 40 pounds in the Bantam division. The top three athletes in each division received an Ultimate Dominator belt for their age group. Placing behind King in Div. I were Christian Zeik of Missouri with 11,200 points and Joshua Saunders of Missouri with 9,400 points. The Div. 2 winner was Aaron Cashman of Minnesota, who finished with 11,600 points. Cashman won a silver medal at the USA Wrestling ASICS Folkstyle Nationals in the Intermediate division at 55 pounds. Cashman also won gold medals at the Salt Lake Slam, the Georgia Grind, the Indy Nationals and Dominate at the Dells, and was a silver medalist at the Winter Classic. Placing second in Div. 2 Mason Reiniche of Tennessee with 6,600 points, and finishing third was Max Darrah of Missouri with 6,400 points. Darrah was a Div. 2 champion last year and a Div. 1 champion in 2008 in the Ultimate Challenge Series. The winner in Div. 3 was Dewey Krueger of Wisconsin, who scored 11,200 points. Krueger was the USA Wrestling ASICS Folkstyle champion at 84 pounds in the Schoolboy/girl division. He was also a champion at the Liberty Nationals and Dominate at the Dells. He added additional medals at the Georgia Grind and the Salt Lake Slam. Placing behind Krueger in Div. 3 were Will Moss of Georgia with 10,400 points and Jake Adcock of Georgia with 8,600 points. The Div. 4 champion was Sean Russell of Georgia, who finished with 11,600 points. Russell placed third at the ASICS Folkstyle Cadet Nationals at 91 pounds. He was also a champion at the Dixie Nationals, the Georgia Grind, the Liberty Nationals, the Indy Nationals, USAW Middle School/Elementary Nationals and the Southeast Regional Folkstyle Championships. Placing second was Ty Pelot of Wisconsin with 10,800 points and third was Dillon Koenigs of Wisconsin at 8,000 points.
