Mike Finn emerges as expert among journalists who made picks at NCAA Championships

Mike Finn has emerged as the expert among journalists who predicted the results from the 2010 NCAA Championships.

Finn, editor of WIN Magazine, fared the best among a group of 22 journalists who submitted picks prior to the NCAA tournament in Omaha, Neb.

Finn correctly picked five champions and five runner-up finishers. He also correctly had Iowa, Cornell and Iowa State finishing 1-2-3 in the team race.

Jim Nelson of the Waterloo (Iowa) Courier finished second behind Finn. He also correctly picked five champions and five runner-up finishers. He correctly had Iowa first and Iowa State third in the team race.

Bryan Van Kley finished third among the journalists with Andy Hamilton of the Iowa City Press-Citizen and John Johnson of Amateur Wrestling News tying for fourth place.
