KLIPPAN, Sweden - Four U.S. wrestlers reached the semifinal round at the Klippan Ladies Open in Klippan, Sweden on Saturday. All four were defeated, which places them in bronze-medal matches on Sunday.

Losing in the semifinal round were:
* Sara Fulp-Allen (Colorado Springs, Colo./New York AC) at 48 kg/105.5 lbs.
* 2004 Olympic bronze medalist Patricia Miranda (Colorado Springs, Colo./Sunkist Kids) at 51 kg/112.25 lbs.
* Jessica Medina (Colorado Springs, Colo./New York AC) at 51 kg/112.25 lbs.
* Kelsey Campbell (Tempe, Ariz./Sunkist Kids) at 59 kg/130 lbs.

Their opponents in the bronze-medal matches will be determined during the Sunday repechage rounds.

Three other U.S. wrestlers who lost matches have qualified for the repechage rounds, because they lost to a finalist in their weight class:
* Vanessa Oswalt (Colorado Springs, Colo. (Gator WC) at 63 kg/138.75 lbs.
* Jenna Pavlik, Colorado Springs, Colo. (New York AC) at 72 kg/158.5 lbs.
* 2005 World champion Iris Smith (Colorado Springs, Colo./U.S. Army) at 72 kg/158.5 lbs.
