All athletes, coaches, team leaders, trainers and workout partners must register for the U.S. Olympic Team Trials for wrestling by Tuesday, May 13 in order to avoid a late fee.

In addition to the packets, a JPEG photo must be submitted electronically to Tim Keener at tim@lasvegasevents.com by the deadline.

The late fee to register if the deadline is not met is $50.

Athletes that qualify at the final two Olympic Regional Trials qualifying events must submit a photo and entry form within 10 days following the qualification event.

The U.S. Olympic Team Trials are set to take place June 13-15 at the Thomas and Mack Center at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
