Roger Moore and Mark Cody to ‘On the Mat’ this week

This week's edition of "On the Mat" will feature Roger Moore and Mark Cody. 

Moore is the sports editor for the Stillwater News Press, based in Stillwater, Okla. Moore has served as the beat writer for Oklahoma State wrestling and his articles have appeared in a variety of wrestling publications nationwide. The National Wrestling Media Association named Moore print journalist of the year in 2004.

Cody is currently the head coach at American University, a position he has held for the past five years. At the 2007 NCAA tournament, Cody coached Josh Glenn to an NCAA title at 197 pounds. It was the first individual NCAA championship in program history.

Following a college wrestling career at Missouri that saw him earn All-American status three times, Cody was an assistant coach at a Bloomsburg, Nebraska and Oklahoma State.

"On the Mat" is a weekly wrestling radio program that airs every Wednesday night. This week's broadcast can be heard live from 6-7 p.m. Central Standard Time. The Dan Gable International Wrestling Institute and Museum in Waterloo, Iowa, hosts the show.
