NEW YORK  - The 2001 World Championships of Wrestling announced that tickets will be on sale via TicketMaster, Thursday, March 1 at 12:00 p.m. EST.  The event will be held at Madison Square Garden in New York  City from September 26-29.    Ticket-buyers who took part in the Holiday pre-sale of tickets will have their seats assigned starting Monday, and ticket orders for those customers will be sent out soon after.    All-Session passes for the event can be purchased by calling 1-866-NYC-2001 and single session tickets can be purchased by calling TicketMaster at 212-307-7171.    "The best tickets for this event will go fast," said Rich Bender, Executive Director of USA Wrestling.  "The volume of calls to our office for this event has been tremendous.  We've advised everyone who has called to order tickets to ensure the best possible seats."    The four-day event, which will boast over 600 competitors representing approximately 50 countries will feature Greco Roman, Freestyle and Women's Freestyle wrestling.
