Angel Escobedo of Indiana and Roger Kish of Minnesota were named co-Big Ten Wrestlers of the Week.

Escobedo helped No. 19 Indiana dominate the competition at the Hoosier Duals, knocking off all five of his opponents at the event. The redshirt freshman pinned four of his five opponents at 125 pounds and registered a 15-3 major decision in his other match. His pins included a fall of Cumberland's Delrico Choates, the top-ranked NAIA wrestler at 125.

Roger Kish, Minnesota
Jr., 184, LaPeer, Mich./LaPeer West
Kish, ranked second at 184 pounds, went 4-0 last week with wins over a pair of top-7 opponents, while posting a pin and a major decision in his other two matches at the Northeast Duals. The junior defeated No. 5 Joe Rovelli of Hofstra, 4-1, and No. 7 Christian Sinnott of Central Michigan, 3-2. He then recorded the second-fastest pin of his career with a fall against Anthony Fuschino of American in just 1:42. He wrapped up his day with an 18-7 major decision over Lior Zamir of Penn.
