60 kg/132 lbs. - Joe Warren, Colorado Springs, Colo. (New York AC)

(after winning quarterfinals against Vyasheslav Djaste of Russia)
"One match at a time. That is how I do the entire tournament. I have taken a lot of good guys out but it doesn't mean anything unless you are in the finals. I'll be focused, keep my head and nobody can stop me. I'll be the best in the world."

(after winning the semifinals against Eusebio Diaconu of Romania)
"I'm not satisfied until I win. Momir (Petkovic) and Shawn (Sheldon) have helped me so much. I haven't made any mistakes. One more match and I can go home with what I want. A gold medal, baby."

55 kg/121 lbs. - Lindsey Durlacher, Colorado Springs, Colo. (New York AC)

(after semifinal match against 2005 World champion Hamid Sourian of Iran)
"It's like boxing. You have to beat a champion decisively. If there is any question, it always goes to the champion. There is no question I got three on that throw. When you get that kind of exposure, it is three points. They reviewed it. They cheated. I now have to wrestle back and fulfill my commitment by winning a World medal. They cheated me out of my possible World gold medal. It is unfortunate, but I will come back and go for a World medal tonight."

National Greco-Roman Coach Steve Fraser

"We are happy we still have three guys alive going for the medals. Joe Warren is wrestling like a true warrior. Totally outstanding. He has total confidence, total aggression and is totally smart. He has made no mistakes. He is on a mission. He is calm and determined. Making the finals is huge for us. Lindsey has wrestled excellent. He is wrestling with a fighting spirit he lacked in the past. He is doing what he has to do to win. In the last match, he did what he had to do as well, but the did not give him the three points. He beat some tough guys to make the semifinals. Harry made a mistake against the wrestler from Krygysztan in the last 10 seconds. He should have fought the hands the whole time. By making the finals, the Kyrgyzstan proved that he got beaten by a stud. We are happy everybody is still alive. We are far from being content. We have to finish strong today."
