USA Wrestling has received the accreditation forms for journalists interested in receiving media credentials to cover the World Wrestling Championships in Guangzhou, China, Sept. 25-Oct. 1, 2006.

All three Olympic styles of wrestling will be contested at the World Championships, including men's freestyle, men's Greco-Roman and women's freestyle.

A press accreditation form must be filled out by each journalist, then sent to USA Wrestling. The deadline for this credential form to be submitted is August 1.

Once the press accreditation form is completed, please sent it to Gary Abbott at USA Wrestling via FAX at 719-598-9440. The form will be signed by the USA Wrestling President, as required, and then sent to the Chinese federation. Each journalist will then be sent a copy of their signed form via FAX for their records.

In addition, at the request of the Chinese Wrestling Federation, each journalist must provide USA Wrestling with the following information to forward along with their application.

Name and Surname
Date and Place of Birth
Passport number
City of Visa Application
