The deadline for online registration for athletes who plan to participate in the Northwest Regionals in Battle Ground, Wash. is Wednesday, March 29 at 1:00 p.m. (PST).
For those who register online by the deadline, the entry fee is $25 per style. For those who do not register online and register at the event, the entry fee is $35 per style.
All athletes must register online at www.TheMat.com by the deadline, or they will not be able to receive the discount.

The Northwest Regionals includes competition on both the Junior and Cadet levels. The tournament will be held at Battle Ground High School
To wrestle in the Junior Regionals, participants must be born on or after Sept. 1, 1986 and be currently enrolled in grades 9-12. The weights for the Junior Regionals are: 98 lbs., 105.5 lbs., 112 lbs., 119 lbs., 125 lbs., 130 lbs., 135 lbs., 140 lbs., 145 lbs., 152 lbs., 160 lbs., 171 lbs., 189 lbs., 215 lbs. and 275 lbs.
Wrestlers placing in the top three of their weight class at the Junior Regional will qualify for their state team at the ASICS/Vaughan Junior National Championships in Fargo, N.D. that takes place July 22-29.
In addition, the Cadet competition is also a qualifying event for the ASICS/Vaughan Cadet National Championships in Fargo, N.D. that takes place July 22-29. The top three of their weight class in the Cadet competition will qualify for their state team in Fargo.
To wrestle in the Cadet Regionals, participants must be born in 1990 or 1991. The weights for the Cadet Regionals are: 84 lbs., 91 lbs., 98 lbs., 105.5 lbs., 112 lbs., 119 lbs., 125 lbs., 130 lbs., 135 lbs., 140 lbs., 145 lbs., 152 lbs., 160 lbs., 171 lbs., 189 lbs., 215 lbs. and 275 lbs.
