Freestyle Team USA to conduct training at NCAA Championships Fan Festival in Oklahoma City, March 16-18

Freestyle Team USA will conduct a mini-training camp during the week of the NCAA Div. I Wrestling Championships in Oklahoma City, Okla., March 16-18. Fans are invited to watch the team during these special training sessions.

The team will work out between sessions of the NCAA Tournament, which is being held at the Ford Center in Oklahoma City. Practices will be conducted by National Freestyle Coach Kevin Jackson along with other members of the U.S. coaching staff. Many of the nation's top freestyle wrestlers will participate in the training sessions. Some elite Greco-Roman and women athletes may also work out during practice.

The wrestlers will train at the Cox Convention Center, the site of the NCAA Fan Festival, which is located across the street from the arena. These training sessions are very popular with wrestling fans, who get to see the nation's top athletes in an actual training setting.

In addition, on Friday, March 17, there will be an autograph session with the athletes and coaches on the state at the Cox Convention Center starting at 2:30 p.m.

Thursday, March 16
Training Session from 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Friday March 17
Autograph Session from 2:30 - 3:00 p.m.
Training Session from 3:00 - 4:30 p.m.
Roundtable Discussion from 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Saturday, March 18
Training Session from 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
