For the second consecutive year and sixth year overall, there are plans to film the highlights of the North Carolina high school state wrestling championship finals and show them on UNCTV statewide public television.  

Last year an estimated 10,000 homes tuned in. This is a great promotion for the sport but does not come free.  We need to raise over $4000 this year to pay for the professional videotaping and production of four highlights tapes.  

Pass the word to other wrestling groups (parents, teams, businesses, friends).  Major sponsors will get listed in several publications and on the broadcast.  We'll let everyone know as soon as we have a UNC-TV playback date usually in April.  A one hour edited broadcast of all the final matches will be shown.  

DVDs of the finals in one division available for broadcast on public access cable channels across the state will be for sale again this year.  

NCHSAA State Wrestling Finals Video Contributors will be recognized by level of contribution and will be sent DVDs of their choice.

Pin Level - with a donation of $500 or more the donor will receive all 4 State Final Videos (4A, 3A, 1A/2A and All-Star) or any 4 of their choice.

Technical Fall Level - with a donation of  $300 or more the donor will be sent 3 State Final Videos of their choice.

Major Decision Level - with a donation of $200 or more the donor will receive 2 State Final Videos of their choice.

Decision Level - with a donation of $100 or more the donor will receive 1 State Final Video of their choice.
