I waited too late and could not switch off. He has good defense. I could tell he wanted a par terre game. I said that's all right. I can do that."

"(Tsurtsumia) is outclassed by the Cuban he will wrestle. But anything can happen. He got a silver in the Olympics. He beat Rulon Gardner there. He made strides. We will see how he does against Cuba."

He also did a nice job with his defense. The Czech has a great reverse lift. He caught Justin one time, but when it mattered, he did a nice job stopping it. Justin has been patient and stayed focused. He will have to stay that way against the Hungarian in the next match. He won't get any breaks wrestling against Hungary. He will have to wrestle better. Justin can run him hot, get him tired."

"We knew (Tsurtsumia) had a good gut wrench. After 27 seconds, we relaxed and came up a bit. It allowed George to turn his hip. We weren't able to turn him when it was our chance. In the second period, we stopped the gut wrench like we needed to. On top, we stayed with the reverse lift too long and couldn't change up in time. So we lost 1-1. It was one tactic. We knew it would go down to a par terre game."
