USA Wrestling's National Coaches Education Program allows coaches the opportunity to teach the course to their staff and active parents.  The Copper Certification Course is designed to be easily followed and accessible for coaches so that they can build there current coaching staff.    Many times a wrestling coach for a club or school will find coaching to be a lonely process.  The key to successful coaching on a volunteer level is to bring other people aboard to help share in the responsibilities of building a successful program.      An initial step that coaches should follow is making sure that all prospective coaches have a concrete understanding of proper coaching conduct and administration.  The Copper Course is an excellent place to start for coaches looking to widen their staff.      Coaches that attend and pass the Copper Course will be registered in the NCEP database as well as gain valuable insight into team administration, risk management and liability, practice organization, and first aid.      The process to organize and teach a Copper Course is very easy to follow.
