The Blackford family has arranged for a memorial service for Steve Blackford.    The memorial service will be held at the Oakwood United Methodist Church in Pleasant Hill, Iowa on Tuesday, September 7 at 1:00 p.m.    The family is working with the Grandview Park Funeral Home in Des Moines.     Blackford, 28, passed away in an automobile accident on Friday in Colorado.    He was a three-time All-American wrestler at Arizona State Univ., and a pair of Iowa state titles for Dowling High School in Des Moines.     USA Wrestling expresses its sincere condolences to the Blackford family and his many friends across the nation.
