He departed this life as prayers and singing softly filled the room. He is at rest now, and we are thankful for the few years God shared him with us. He fought the good fight up to the very end. He is already greatly missed by his wife, children, mother, brothers, sister, friends and others. We love him and miss him.    The West Family wishes to thank all those who expressed concern and prayed for Travis over the past several weeks. End at 4222 NE 12th Ave.    Going South on I-5:  Cross the I-5 Bridge  Take the Alberta St. Exit (Exit 303) toward Swan Island  Turn LEFT on Alberta St.  Turn RIGHT on Martin Luther King Blvd./OR 99  Turn LEFT onto NE Prescott St.  Turn RIGHT onto 12th AVE.  End at 4222 NE 12th Ave.    Going East on Highway 26:  Merge onto I-405 N via the exit on the left toward St. Helens/Seattle  Take the Kerby St. Exit (far right exit on the Fremont Bridge)  Turn LEFT onto N. Cook St., Go 2 blocks  Turn LEFT onto Williams Ave.  Turn RIGHT onto Skidmore St.  End at 4222 NE 12th Ave.
