Indy in Replay  Volume 2 of the Repeat Performance Series    USA Wrestling through the National Coaches Education Program has produced an exciting look back at the 2003 U.S. World Team Trials in Indianapolis, IN.  "Indy in Replay" features an eight-minute high action segment set to music featuring some of the great highlights of the tournament.  Following the highlight footage, the National Coaches Education Program gives coaches and wrestlers the opportunity to see some of the best techniques performed repeatedly in slow motion and real time.           The technique study in "Indy in Replay" is both entertaining and educational.  Coaches will be able to take high-level technique into their practice rooms and show it to their wrestlers.  Because each technique is shown repeatedly, coaches can break down the move for their wrestlers, so that they will benefit by seeing the move and visualizing its finer points.      This full-featured look back at the 2003 World Team Trials contains over 50 individual studies of techniques executed in the tournament taken from all three styles.  A wide variety of skills will entertain and educate wrestling fans.  Wrestlers will enjoy being able to see the move in slow motion and regular speed.  This repetitive viewing of technique is one of the most successful ways for wrestlers to learn more about the sport of wrestling.    The National Coaches Education Program has also designated "Indy in Replay" as a learning module for Silver and Gold Certification.  Coaches can complete the learning module at home and return the evaluation workbook to USA Wrestling to receive credit towards Silver or Gold Certification.       "Every chance that coaches get to bring video of high-level technique into their practice room is a special opportunity for young wrestlers to visualize themselves hitting the techniques of America's elite."
